This will be the new policy and procedure for local bands that would like to play at CCMC for the year 2008.  We will print up 50 tickets ( a different color for each of the bands participating at the show) for each band to sell to their fans.  The tickets will be $10 each if we have an event with several bands playing.  The bands will have the opportunity to sell their tickets and keep $4 per ticket sold. If the band sells 50 tickets they will receive $200 from their ticket sells and an additional $100. from CCMC for travel expense.  They will have a opportunity to make $300 total.  If they sell 100 tickets they will receive $400. plus $100 travel expense = $500 for their performance.  The more tickets they sell the more money they will make.  CCMC will keep $6 from each ticket sold to help pay for advertising, Sound/Production, and other expenses that we have in order to put on a first class show.  The tickets sold at the gate will go to the CCMC expense fund unless the person at the gate buying the ticket tells us that they are here to hear your band and we will split the money as if the band member sold the ticket.  At the end of the evening, all tickets must be accounted.  If you give free tickets out to your friends, you will still be responsible to pay CCMC $6 per ticket.  All  tickets MUST be returned or you the band will be held accountable for them.

      If it is a show that we only have a couple of bands playing, the ticket will be $5.00.   The band will keep $2.00 per ticket sold and CCMC will keep $3.00. The same procedures as above will be enforced.  You must return all unsold tickets back to CCMC after the show.... 

Of course, if you choose not to sell tickets then you will be only paid $100.  If you choose to sell tickets, you have more opportunity to make money for your band.  You do NOT have to sell tickets to play at CCMC.  It is up to each band!  If you have any questions, please contact Gene at 405-850-5952.
